Failed generations
A confirmed failed image generation does not consume your reserved credits. If the image provider has not confirmed whether a request succeeded, the task stays under review until it can be reconciled. We do not automatically send the same paid request again.
Credit pack purchases
Contact support within 14 days of a purchase if you need help with an unused credit pack, an accidental duplicate purchase or a delivery problem. Include your order reference and account email. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights; there is no blanket guarantee once credits have been used.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Refunded credits are removed from your balance. If already spent credits make the balance negative, new generations are paused pending review. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
Test purchases
Test checkout transactions do not represent real payments and do not add credits to your production account. Real payments remain unavailable until the store’s approval and payout setup are confirmed.
